Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel

The staff here at this hotel were extremely nice, helpful, and warm. They were so well trained and attentive. the way they catered to our needs was just exceptional. I appreciate how they gifted my children some gifts which my children liked, and thank you for the 2nd day upgradation to a suite room for the same price. the restaurant offers the best breakfast I have had in all my travels across the world - well done! the location was pretty good too as it was just a couple of minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road and only a short taxi ride to Dubai Mall.

Just a tiny thing to note, at times, the staff could be a little abrupt and should be more accommodating to guest requests such as early check-in or late check-out, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Our stay at Anantara Downtown Dubai was exceptional, especially with our 8-month-old baby. The service was impeccable, with a special mention to the concierge team. The hotel is now my go-to business stay in Dubai. The relaxation facilities, such as the spa and rooftop pool, truly added to our enjoyment, and being close to landmarks like Burj Khalifa and Safa Park made family bonding effortless.

I keep returning for a reason. The staff once helped me with plug adaptors, and the list of amenities is just unmatched - from on-site car park to 24-hour room service. Plus, it's ideal for a romantic escape.

the oberoi was super clean and close to the mall and metro. the staff went the extra mile - providing great service and even gifts after i reported an issue.

The stunning views from the hotel, especially from the pool area, made my stay truly memorable. the service provided by the staff at the front door and reception was exceptional, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, improvements can be made regarding the privacy in the bathrooms and the responsiveness of the reservations team.

Everything from the friendly and professional staff to the delicious food and perfect location was beyond my expectations. the hotel was impeccably clean and the facilities were top-notch. the pool was pristine and the spa services were excellent. the staff made sure that every detail was taken care of, and their attention to detail was impeccable. I also appreciated the late checkout they offered us without even asking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located near some amazing restaurants and easy to access Downtown. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and great service. The breakfast was delicious and the shuttle service to the nearby mall was very convenient.

It was difficult to get easy access to the surrounding areas and we had to take Sheik Zayed road to get to the key attractions.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service made for an unforgettable stay at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of treatments available, such as body wraps and massages. the rooftop pool has sun loungers, and the sauna and steam room provided relaxation. the restaurant served delicious food for breakfast and the bar/lounge area made for a great evening out. the private facilities were exquisite, and in-room breakfast was a delightful start to our mornings.

there was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, as it kept dropping off and wouldn't allow the use of VPN, which made work difficult.

The suite I stayed in was just amazing! The spacious living area and dining space made it feel like a real home away from home for me. The private balcony with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa was absolutely breathtaking. As a budget traveller, this suite was pure luxury!

The second bedroom had an optional king size or twin beds, which I personally found a bit limiting.

The elegant villas at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah with private pools are perfect for skinny-dipping. The Lobby Lounge is great for eavesdropping on juicy business conversations while sipping coffee.

there was a lot of loud noise coming from the lounge on the higher floors, which disrupted our sleep and required multiple calls to the front desk to resolve.

The lobby lounge, a wonderful space to relax, proved to be a perfect spot to conduct an informal business meeting during my stay. The elegant ambiance and impeccable service made my meeting feel like a high-stakes negotiation, though it was just a casual catch-up with a colleague.

As party people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and lively energy of the hotel. The poolside bar and DJ created the perfect party vibe. The variety of restaurants and the late-night room service were ideal for satisfying our late-night cravings. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help make our stay even more enjoyable.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Anantara Downtown Dubai. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of luxurious wellness services offered, including rejuvenating Indian head massages and invigorating hot oil treatments. The Sodashi face and body treatments, crafted from all-natural ingredients, left me feeling refreshed and revitalized after a long day of work. The diverse facilities, such as the 24-hour gym and the tranquil yoga deck with partial views of the iconic Burj Khalifa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Moreover, the temperature-controlled Olympic-sized outdoor heated swimming pool was a delightful way to start or end the day, offering a serene escape amidst the bustling urban landscape.

The breakfast room had poor lighting.

One evening, while strolling through the airy corridors, I stumbled upon a surprise-the spa's open-air showers! Refreshing and unexpected. Later, I marveled at the views from my private pool, feeling like a queen in my villa. Evenings at the Lobby Lounge were cozy; I snuck in a late-night snack with friends. The best part? The attendant's honest promise to keep an eye on the Kids Club-you can't beat that peace of mind!

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, assisting with taxi and extra requests. The health club facilities were top notch, complete with a helpful trainer. The spa treatments were enjoyable and reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at Anantara in Dubai for 4 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The suite I stayed in was the largest I've ever seen, with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the city and Burj Khalifa. The view of Burj Khalifa at night from the bedroom was absolutely charming. The duty manager, Mrinal S Sharma, welcomed us warmly and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. The room design was impeccable, the staff, especially Mausami, were professional and courteous, and the fitness center provided delicious dried fruits. The pillow menu offered a great selection, the room service food was excellent, and the pool was a pleasure to relax in. The spa massage was also a delightful experience. The breakfast offerings were varied and changed daily, and the staff, especially Joven, at the breakfast service were amazing. Rahul at the concierge desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, helping us arrange our boat trip. The rooftop bar was lovely with beautiful views.
